Who we are

We are an education platform focusing on tools, techniques and teachings of energetic, personal development and consciousness practices. We use the written word as well as audio-visual content to educate and inform. We also host and organise public and private in person and online events and deliver private presentations.

What personal data and usage we collect and why we collect it

When relevant, we gather the following personally identifiable information, for the purposed of electronic communication of forthcoming events and programmes, both live and online, as well as logistical information useful to attendees. The information we gather helps us organise and deliver our events, whether free or paid for, live or online.

Relevant Medical history to ensure your safety

To help us deliver our education service, we request that visitors subscribe to our site and complete a contact form detailing the specific enquiry. The data collected on our site enables us to guide the visitor to the most relevant service or resource with the intention to meet their stated needs.

If you visit our site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If no request to delete information is received, we retain your data for 5 years from the date of subscription.

Member Registration

For registered members on our website, we also store the personal information provided in their user profile. All information can be updated and deleted at any time through the accounts section. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site or have submitted information through one of our forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data
In order to accurately provide our service, your personal data my be transferred and maintained on servers outside of your current location where data protection laws may indeed differ from your own local jurisdiction. How we protect your data

When we send out group notifications to course participants we blind copy each participant so that personal data is not visible to other members.
Any individual communications by email are dealt with privately and confidentially and never shared or discussed with third party members or non-members.
During a live Zoom call, we use the live call chat facility to allows participants to ask questions or raise issues privately rather than to the whole group.
Live session participants who do not wish to be seen are given the option by the Zoom technology to remain invisible to other course participants.
We have no affiliation with other platforms for data processing or marketing purposes.

We endeavour to take the steps required to ensure that your data is securely stored however we cannot absolutely guarantee full security.

Our Policy on "Do Not Track" Signals under the California Online Protection Act (CalOPPA)

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can update in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your chosen web browser.

Payments

We offer compensated products within the Service where we will use third party services for payment processing. We will never store of collect any financial information such as card details. This type of information is sent directly to our third party payment processor and the use of your personal data is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Children's Privacy
